Delivery charges will be calculated for each order and will vary depending on the goods and amount ordered along with the delivery location. Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed in the shopping cart and at the checkout on our website when you order.
We calculate delivery charges based on your order and your location.
Free shipping may be available from time to time as a promotional offer.
Delivery times will depend on which items you purchase and if they are in stock or need to be ordered into our store.
These delivery times should be used as a guide only:
- In-stock items – Normally shipped within 1-2 business days from receipt of payment.
- Out-of-stock/Backorder items – Normally shipped within 10-15 business days from receipt of your payment.

Once an order leaves our warehouses we have no control over how long it may take to be delivered to you. While we work closely with some of the best delivery services around, some packages may be delayed. Any delays are the responsibility of the freight company and as such Trackz Aventure cannot be held responsible for any delays.
PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers
Trackz Adventure cannot ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers as our courier network does not have access to these locations. Please ensure that a full physical address is entered when you place your order.
Any requests to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers will result in delays in dispatching your order as we will need to collect an alternate delivery address from you.
Packing and Deliveries
Your order may be sent from more than one warehouse, so you may receive multiple packages at different times due to variations in shipping distance.
At this time Trackz Adventure does not ship to locations outside of Australia.
Insurance and Lost Items
All delivery methods that we use have insurance available if there is any problems with your order being damaged in transit or lost in transit. Please contact us and let us know if either of these has happened with your order.
Please note that any insurance against lost in transit claims is not available if the items are delivered as ‘Leave without signature’. We cannot be liable for any losses that occur for any orders that are not received in person as we cannot verify any actions by outside parties after the delivery has been completed.
